We collect your name, phone number, plumbing issue, and ZIP code when you request a callback. We share this information with an independent plumbing contractor or a referral partner so they can respond to your request.

Phone calls and website visits

A call-tracking provider may record the caller number, time, length of the call, and the call itself for quality purposes. Our hosting and content-delivery providers log standard information such as IP address, browser, and pages viewed.

How information is used

Your request is used to connect you with plumbing help. We do not use it for marketing emails or sell it for unrelated purposes.

Retention

Form requests are kept for 12 months for record keeping and dispute resolution, then deleted. Call records are kept by the call-tracking provider under its own policy.
